How can ya'll have definitive tier lists when they just discovered new tech two weeks ago?
Reactions: Radiance and deathofaninja. Bacaww Well-Known Member. For what reason is the tier difference between Phase 4 and Kasumi so big. Bacaww said:. Kasumi still seems a bit low though. Kasumi can still do a fair amount of damage without having so much risks attached like P4, I think Kasumi should move up to A-tier. Reactions: deathofaninja. Ethan New Member. I thought since this is the end I'd drop my Tier list. Last edited: Jul 20, Blackburry said:. No Kasumi isn't really that great to be completely honest.

Democratic Candidates: Debate Performance.Z Warriors and allies appear in their highest form! The best of the best, these Cards perform incredibly well in almost all Game Modes and are easy to include in most Teams.
This Card is completely overkill. They are also the premium leader of a powerful category with a lot of extra Ki. They also have an extra Attack per turn, with extra Ki that making it really easy to start stacking Buffs. This gives them a place on several category Teams. Ever so slightly behind GokuVegeta features a similar Skillset that lets him tank from the start while building up his ATK over time. The Cards here are very powerful in the right conditions but also have tougher restrictions to fulfill.
This Gohan is very well-rounded. He gets extra Buffs just by default and ramps up in power during long stages. His DEF stack mechanic can trivialize even the toughest content. High stats, a lot of Ki, and premium Link Skills are what make the Saiyan Duo stand out at first, but they also feature one of the best transformations.
The GT Trio are surprisingly very powerful. This category has many good Teammates for these two. This old SSJ Trunks only gets stronger as time passes. His high Critical Hit Rate aged like fine wine and only gets better the more dupes you have.
Trunks is also in a lot of categories. This Card works particularly well with other Beerus Cards that activate most of his Links. Gohan obliterates Dokkan Punch Machine while being a great damage dealer for any of his categories. His DEF is pretty bad, though, but he makes up for it in raw Damage. Goku can Attack or Defend but has a hard time doing both at once. On paper, at his max potential gives him very high Damage output but in practice, he struggles to get the 18 Ki he needs to activate his ATK Buff.
These kids have a unique transformation that happens only when they Super ATK. Their sealing Super ATK can also save the Team in harder content, but they offer almost no Offense, which leaves a lot to be desired. Bee Pan is a weird Card with her own unique gimmick: She can Heal a lot. His Passive Skill Buffs are unconditional for Super Teams and his stats are pretty good for a support. The OG duo of Dragon Ball have very restrictive conditions for their Passive Skill but, while people tend to sleep on Youth and Dragon Ball Cards, their Team is actually really powerful and can clear most hard stages.
They are very strong both Offensively and Defensively if you have all the pieces. While Uub definitely lacks in stats for a LR, his Passive Skill Buffs are easy to get, and his transformation has no turn restrictions.
These are mostly F2P Cards that can fit nicely in some Teams but most of the time, there will be a better non-LR alternative. The biggest highlight of this Goku is his Leader Skill.
Trunks is very situational because most of his Offensive power and all of his Defenses require him to be fighting two or more Enemies.
Super LR Tier List
Players are usually better off using other stronger versions of SSJ Goku. These Cards have lackluster stats and too many Passive Skill restrictions, or better F2P alternatives. The goal of this article is to rank all cards in the set from high to low for the purpose of the first-pick, first-pack decision in draft. The ranking is also relevant as a rough guideline for the subsequent picks and for the rough power level of cards in Sealed Deck. Before getting to the list, let me provide some context by going over the draft archetypes in this new Limited format.
These cards can direct your draft in terms of synergies to focus on for a coherent deck. White-Blue: Fliers. Staggering Insight is best on a flier, which white and blue have plenty of. Locking up the ground with high-toughness blockers and winning in the air will be the plan. White-Black: Recursion. Rise to Glory can return Auras from your graveyard, so you want to maximize Auras that end up in the graveyard. White-Red: Heroic. In Theros Beyond DeathHeroes are creatures who temporarily boost the power of your team when the Hero is targeted with a spell.
Hero of the Nyxborn is a good example, and it brings along a friend to receive the boost. White-Green: Auras. Siona grabs an Aura and then creates tokens when you attach Auras to your own creatures.
So for this archetype, you want to focus on beneficial Auras. Blue-Black: Self-Mill. Devourer of Memory gets bigger whenever you mill yourself, and its activated ability helps fuel escape. I wish blue had a good common escape card, but all we have is Sleep of the Dead, unfortunately.
Blue-Red: Draw-go. Blue-Green: Constellation. Eutropia the Twice-Favored triggers whenever an enchantment enters the battlefield under your control, so this archetype wants to focus on enchantments. Black-Red: Sacrifice. Slaughter-Priest of Mogis gets a boost when you sacrifice a permanent, and there are plenty of sacrifice synergies in this color combination.
Black-Green: Escape. Acolyte of Affliction fuels escape by putting extra cards in your graveyard, so this is a graveyard-oriented archetype. Red-Green: Ferocious. A final theme in the set is devotion. It appears in all five colors, although it seems best supported in black.
If you start the draft with a God, then you have an incentive to go nearly mono-color if possible.

To construct an aggregate ranking, I took the weighed average of the following normalized grades. Afterwards, mid-February, I made minor adjustments to the final grade so that they would better reflect my experience during additional drafts. Afterwards, on February 27, I updated this article with the corresponding rankings.
This time, I reduced the number of data sources to give a higher weight to my own ratings—I am actively learning the new set to compete in upcoming tournaments, and then I trust my own insights—and to be able to submit my pick order list sooner. After taking the weighed average of all these grades, I made some adjustments for multicolor cards and colorless cards to get closer to a proper first-pick, first-pack order. After all, first-picking a gold card reduces your flexibility because it only goes into one color combination, whereas an artifact card keeps your options open.
I subtracted 0. These numbers and the raw data in spreadsheet form can also function as a searchable text list. After I got a number for every card, all I had to do was to press sort, and the aggregate pick order list arose.
Cards from this tier got a final adjusted rating between 5. These are the best cards in the set according to this aggregate list, and I would first-pick them over any common or uncommon. The rarity is based on their max rarity. Some characters can have lower star versions of themselves. The nickname determines what ninjutsus they will have. Jutsu Type — This tells you how their jutsu works. There are currently a few types which we will show below. Most single target spells are devastating and have much higher attack multipliers than the AoE ones, but there are a variety of single target attack types you should be aware of.
The single target abilities will typically work on the first or closest enemy, so keep this in mind when using a single targeted ability.

Single target rectangle abilities will typically only hit the first enemy in the indicator. Pay close attention to positioning with these abilities, you will see a warning indicator at the bottom of the screen to remind you of how it works. The plus ability gives a longer range than most ninjutsus and gives you the option to attack from all directions, making it a versatile skill to have. This type of attack is a small hit box looks like a fan to me in front of the character. They remain as a strong ranged advantage but difficult positioning ability.
Rectangle AOE abilities will hit multiple enemies in the indicators, they occasionally stretch just a tiny bit outside of the actual indication box allowing you to hit multiple enemies that otherwise might not be in range if you take the time to position it.
Short ranged AOE abilities are usually no larger than the hitbox indication for an enemy, these are usually strong abilities and are great if you manage to get the enemy grouped up together. Mid ranged AOE abilities will easily overlap two near by enemies, a lot of high tier characters will have these types of abilities.
They give an easy time when it comes to positioning yourself for dealing damage without putting yourself in a situation of taking multiple enemy counter attacks. This is a rare type. Much like the single target version, except that you can hit 2 enemies or more!
Most of the time though, it will be good enough to hit one. There are some characters that have more unique jutsu types. Do not discount their abilties as they can help you tank damage! Element — This is represented in the character picture icon. There is Short, Medium and Long. Editing will bring you to the individual articles. The Tier List is a list which ranks units on their importance, effect, and relevance in the current meta of the game. There are multiple team types in the game and therefore multiple tier lists. Mono teams such as AGL have fallen out of use in the meta. Units will fall into 6 different tiers:.
Units are ranked from a general standpoint. The "usefulness" of a unit may vary from player to player based on their collection of units. Additionally, units are not just ranked by their damage output. Features like tanking and support for other cards are considered as well. When adding a unit that is in multiple lists as is true for many Category cardsbe sure to change the description of the character to one that reflects its role in that specific list.
Don't just copy a description about its original role in the other list s. The symbol underneath a unit's portrait means that the unit is one of the possible substitute leaders for that team.
The symbol means that the unit is being evaluated based on its Extreme Z-Awakening and not its original form. Fandom may earn an affiliate commission on sales made from links on this page.
