When I shared it there is the option of level of detail. I tried all 3 different levels of details and all 3 where the same. I tried creating a new profile and the issue persisted so I don't believe it is a profile issue. When you view the calendar in the rackspace webmail, full details showed up which leads me to it being an outlook issue.
